This is a 30+ year old community that holds a special place in the owner’s heart. As a design firm we wanted to cherish the memories and history of the community while restoring it into a home that compliments the active lifestyle of the residents.While we saw residents filled with life and very active in their daily activities, the space they had did not reflect their lifestyle. As we walked the community, we immediately wanted to create purposeful areas to help support their way of life.  Make-shift open lounge areas and seating did not support daily activities and socialization.  Not only re-programming the dining and support spaces for two floors, but we also felt the front Lobby would be a great opportunity to help change the first impression.​  A meaningful refresh that carried over to the memory care gave this older community a new sense of home and comfort for years to come.
